General terms and conditions are usually being used for restraining the rights of a customer. There are no general terms and conditions for our scan service, i.e. the civil code applies.

By completing and signing a scan order form you accept the few conditions mentioned on the scan order form and our price list.

It is a matter of course to us that we treat your film material with discretion and keep it confidential. Your film material and the scan files do not reach other people. After paying the bill we irrevocably delete all files from our hard disk. We are pleased with numerous professionals and renowned companies beeing our regular customers (see our reference list) due to our reliable, quick and discrete handling of your scan orders.
